We believe that honesty is the best policy in the market. That is why we design generous, fair and transparent policies for our clients.
For us, quality and design are as important as the experience you have when shopping at COCORA. It is essential that you please understand that we are a small, artisan workshop, where only women work and creating what reaches your hands represents a great effort.

Quality:
All the garments are made by hand, with a sewing machine and embroideries made step by step, we use the best fabrics, hardware and rhinestones, but being something non-industrial, it is normal that some stone or some finish is not perfect, this does not compromise the quality of the garment and in our concept, makes it more special.

Washed:
All our garments have a first wash, this is a guarantee of color and quality.
The best thing is that all garments are washed by hand, so they will last for years. Special care with garments by hand, these can never be machine washed.

Returns:
We do not accept returns. We accept size changes or if you prefer, once we receive your garment and it is in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will pay you in balance to use in COCORA SHOP.

Environment:
We are committed to the environment and we try to use all our packaging in ecological and recycled materials, as well as recycle materials from what we have available.
​
Prices:
Our prices in Colombia and Spain are different. We manufacture in Colombia and we sell in Spain, so when we sell in Spain our costs are affected by imports. In Colombia we keep the usual ones and in both parts the shipment is included. In other countries, contact for more information.

Damage:

If you receive an item with a defect or in poor condition, please send us the photos and the order information including number, name, email and telephone to our email info@cocorashop.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We will process your request in a maximum of 7 days. If accepted, the amount will be paid in the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

We do not accept returns, but we do accept changes or we will return your balance in Cocora money.
